Layton Home Builders currently specializes in Residential Design Build custom homes. We have developed a streamlined process of design, to the construction and finishing touches of your dream home. We are willing to work with and for you no matter how big or small the job may be. We build a variety of style homes from cottages to farm houses and beyond.
Layton Home Builders provides the best in new home construction from concept to construction. The design-build concept means that the designer and project manager will be onsite together to ensure that your home is built to specification. This approach eliminates miscommunication between design and implementation. This gives LHB a definitive advantage over contractors who must interpret blueprints without the benefit of working with the designer.
Even if you already have blueprints, there is no substitute for having the designer onsite to make sure the plans are followed correctly.
